In response to reactions on the post by one of our artists that has been making its rounds on social media, we would like to inform the public that the views expressed are his own and do not necessarily represent the views of Black Tie Entertainment neither its management nor any of the 300+ freelance artists represented by the agency.

As part of our mission of instilling professionalism amongst musicians, we also promote respect, diversity, and acceptance as universal values. We believe that the fight for justice and protection regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, should be built on the core tenet of universal human rights. We acknowledge that the post, although made on his personal page, incites hatred which we do not condone. We empathize with those who have been hurt and assure you that corrective actions are in place. In line with this, we would like to request the public to think before reposting. Let us examine our purpose and intentions and reflect if such actions will help in our fight for our rights or will make us into the bigots we initially wanted to educate.

We Believe that The best way to fight hate is with acts of goodness.
