Ralph Padiernos
Ralph Raniel Padiernos (born September 2, 1992) is a Soul/R&B singer/performer.
While pursuing a Communication Arts Degree at the University of Santo Tomas, he became an active member of one of the University's top theatre organizations, Mediatrix. In between studies, he would join several festivals and music-related activities thereby improving what he would soon choose to be his career. In 2011 he won the top award at the Spotlight Music Festival.
With more than ten (10) years of experience as a wedding singer, Ralph got to hone his skills both as a singer and a performer. He joined the RnB band, Laraza--a group with a deep foundation in Christian Gospel music. In 2014, Ralph & Laraza together with The Voice of the Philippines, finalist Janice Javier began their 3-year residency at Resorts World Manila’s Bar 360.
Ralph was awarded Grand Champion in ‘Musikerong Pilipino’, held last March 2013 at PAGCOR theater. He also qualified for WCOP (World Championships of Performing Artists), which is held annually in Hollywood, California, USA.
Ralph is a qualifier for two national television competitions The Voice Philippines & X-Factor Philippines of the former he has gained the attention of singer and record producer, Apl.de.Ap. Ralph had had the opportunity of sharing the stage with Apl.de.Ap several times including the highly publicized 2016 New Year’s Eve Countdown at the Philippine Arena.
