Karla Maria Diño is a versatile and accomplished pianist with over 15 years of professional experience. A classically trained musician, she began her journey at the prestigious Philippine High School for the Arts, where she later became a music teacher. She further honed her craft as a Rector's scholar at the University of Santo Tomas, earning a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance under the guidance of renowned pianists Ms. Erlinda Fule and Dr. Raul Sunico. Karla's pursuit of excellence took her to Germany, where she studied at the Hochschule für Musik FRANZ LISZT Weimar under Rolf-Dieter Arens, which helped shape her career as a solo and collaborative pianist.

Throughout her career, Karla has expanded her musical repertoire beyond classical music. She has performed as a lounge pianist in prestigious venues such as the Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Conrad Macao, Manila Hotel, and Okada Manila, among others. Her performances have graced significant events, including her regular engagements at Malacañang Palace, where she plays for the Philippine President. Karla has also collaborated with esteemed orchestras, including the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, Philippine Pops Orchestra, and the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra.

Karla's passion for collaborative music has led her to launch Musica Para Cuatro Manos, a concert series aimed at bringing piano music to smaller cities in the Philippines, in partnership with Swiss-based pianist Charisse Dumlao. She has also worked with the world-renowned Little Singers of Paris and continues to play a pivotal role in musical theater productions, serving as the repetiteur and keyboardist for 9 Works Theatrical's Once On This Island, as well as participating in performances of Rent and Tick, Tick... Boom!
