Growing up in a musically inclined family, his parents, uncles, and auntie were all musicians who performed both locally and abroad, inspiring him to follow in their footsteps. As a versatile artist, John's musical journey spans various genres, ranging from classics to modern hits, including jazz, country, R&B, and alternative rock. His biggest influences are artists like Boyce Avenue, Kris Allen, and The Script.

Having relocated to Metro Manila almost three years ago, John has pursued a full-time music career, participating in prominent competitions such as "The Voice of the Philippines" Season 1, "Bet ng Bayan," and "Eat Bulaga's Just Duet," showcasing his exceptional vocal prowess. Since then, he has performed in numerous venues, including hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars, and various events, such as weddings and corporate shows, captivating audiences with his soulful and energetic performances.

John's target market is vast due to his ability to cater to diverse preferences, ranging from pop and ballads to jazz and alternative rock. Whether performing solo with his acoustic guitar or collaborating with a female vocalist or band, he creates a feel-good atmosphere wherever he goes.
